Enjoy 2 hours of head to toe pampering! A thick terry robe, citrus foot soak and a warming herbal tea prepares you for the total body experience. A tranquil treatment room awaits and a full body massage is followed by an herbal exfoliation and detoxifying wrap. Relax during your wrap with a facial massage and a European Moor Mud mask, followed by a peppermint foot massage. Your treatment comes to an end as you are unwrapped, cleansed with steaming towels and left to refresh yourself with a cool spring water.

The Sybarite's Dream is designed to be a luxurious and pampering experience that is, however, grounded in the true wellness principals of the Chinese herbs employed in the treatment. Please read further to discover the benefits you will experience before, during and after your treatment.

The Huang Qi or Astragalus tea you are served prior to your wrap is the perfect compliment to the treatment as it acts as a catalyst for the herbs that are to be used on the body. The tea brings energy to the skin and enhances the effectiveness of the wrap while promoting warming in the body. Translated, Huang Qi, means Golden Energy.

The blend of granulated Chinese herbs used in your treatment is refered to as Golden Legend and contains the following ingredients with their corresponding benefits:


	Licorice - extremely healing and helps direct the function of other herbs
	Cornus - helps in flushing excess water and toxins out of the body
	Schizandra - stimulates the immune system and has energy enhancing properties
	Ginko Biloba - increases the rate at which information is transmitted between nerve cells
	Ginger - a superior warming herb which increases blood flow
	Zizyphus - used to calm the spirit and create balance in life
