If you are unsatisfied with any
hair service please notify us
within 5 days and we will be
happy to have the opportunity to
redo that service free of
charge. Many factors effect a
finished cutting or chemical
hair service and it is important
to us that our clients are
completely happy. However, if
you fail to communicate with
either the salon or your stylist
in the 5 day period you will be
charged the regular salon price
for your appointment. The
original stylist must redo your
service unless other
arrangements have been made with
the management and there are no
refunds for services rendered.

serene and relaxing environment
for our clients. As a courtesy
to others and for your benefit,
if at all possible please make
any necessary childcare
arrangements.

Please remember we work as a
team and it is important to us
that you feel comfortable trying
any and all of our stylists,
therapists and technicians.

Cancellations |
|
Time
is a precious commodity to us
all. We require a minimum of 24
hours notice for a single
service and 48 hours for
multiple services and Saturday
appointments. Others waiting for
your appointment will appreciate
it.

Scheduling |
|
When
scheduling appointments of 2+
hours or for a group of 2 or
more people, a Visa or
MasterCard is necessary. Please
be reminded that if we do not
receive 48 hours cancellation
notice, a charge of 50% of the
services scheduled for you will
be made. We reserve the right to
charge no-shows for 100% of the
services booked.

Punctuality |

Being on time for your
appointment is greatly
appreciated so that you may
receive your full service and
other clients are not
inconvenienced.

Gift Certificates |
|
Gift
certificates are transferable,
may be redeemed for product as
well as services but are not
refundable. Gift certificates
may be invalidated should the
user fail to show for their
scheduled appointment.

every stylist attends a national color
certification training to ensure your
experience with us is always consistent.
Consistent, quality service is important
to us and you.
●● We color clean, damp hair
unlike the average salon. Although it
just makes sense we would love to get
you in a styling chair to tell you why.
●● We fly celebrity stylists in
from around the country to provide our
on going education.
●● Dry cutting? Your hair doesn’t
do wet what it does dry. Dry cutting
allows the “style” you’ve always wanted
to take shape before your eyes. A dry
cut will last 8 to 12 weeks and curly
clients will find their curls never
looked better. This service is typically
found only in major metropolitan areas
such as New York, Los Angeles, London,
etc. Ask your stylist for more
information.
●● Our shampoo area is softly lit
and recliner type chairs make the
experience more comfortable. Every damp
head is wrapped in a steaming
aromatherapeutic towel.
●● We believe that to color
correct, everyone must be clarified (demineralized)
and there is never a charge for this. |
