We begin this 90 minute treatment by offering the client a menu of suggested essential oil blends from which they may choose the oils that specifically speak to their needs of the moment. Essential oils have a profound effect on the body, mind, heart and soul. Full body dry brushing follows, which for hundreds of years has been used to remove dead surface skin without removing the body's own natural oils. Dry brushing also stimulates blood circulation, activates pores to remove more waste material, rejuvenates the nervous system, contributes to better muscle tone and better distributes fat deposits among myriad other benefits.Your custom blended oil is then incorporated into a full body massage after which you are lightly wrapped and receive neck, head and scalp massage. The dry brush used in the treatment is yours to take home along with your custom blended oil. Cleansing the brush is recommended at least once a week using rubbing alcohol and a cotton cloth.
